Permanent Position!
Boston, MA
RN needed to assess patient and family homes to ensure they are equipped for home healthcare.
Experience
1-2 Years of Home Health RN experience

Experience
1-2 Years of Home Health RN experience
- 1 initial visit to the patient s home to evaluate home health needs.
- Report on what is needed/next steps to prepare family for case manager training.
- Shift: Monday Friday, flexible schedule working with the family s needs (no nights, no weekends).
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Competitive Salary for a state-funded company
- Active RN Licensure in state of employment
- Ability to travel (Driver s License with auto insurance required)
- Tech proficiency, laptop use and web-based applications
